This report provides detailed information on local, scheduled services. It typically is tied to the Work Ticket function within Dispatch Center.

Branch

Displays the Name of the branch as defined within Branch Setup

Work Ticket Number

This field displays the ticket number assigned to the service request through the Work Ticket function

Service Date

Displays the date scheduled to perform the request

Shipper

Displays the formatted shipper name combined from the Last Name/Company Name and First Name fields from the Name, Address, Phone tab

Order Number

Below the Service Date displays the Order Number.

Consignor/Consignee

This section only appears if consignor/consignee data exists for the order.

Origin

The Origin Address of the local service displays (set through Add Local Service). If the Origin Address is not set, then the Moving From address set through the Name, Address, Phone tab displays.

Email

Displays the email set within Email from Name, Address, Phone.

Destination

 

The Destination Address of the local service displays (set through Add Local Service). If the Destination Address is not set, then the Moving To - Secondary address set through the Name, Address, Phone tab displays. If the Moving To – Secondary address is not set, then the Moving To – Primary address displays.

The address fields that display include the following (if set on the order or service):

The top four phone numbers listed for the order (Name, Address, Phone) display.

Displays the name of the person assigned as the Salesperson in Name, Address, Phone

Customer

Displays the entity assigned as to the Customer (Customer Number) in Billing Information

National Account

 

Displays the entity assigned as the National Account in Billing Information

National Account #

This field displays the identification number for the account associated to the National Account in Billing Information

PO #

Number assigned as the Purchase Order Number in Billing Information

Payment Type

Displays the Payment Type value in Billing Information

Valuation

 

Displays the Valuation value from Move Information

Tariff/Rate

Displays the Tariff/Rate value in Billing Information

Displays the anticipated Job Start Time as set through the Set Service Time screen

Displays the anticipated Job End Time as set through the Set Service Time screen

Hours Drive

Displays the Hours Drive One Way value set within Add Local Service

Estimated Hours

Displays the Total Hours Required set within Add Local Service

Estimated Crew

Displays the total estimated crew needed defined within Add Local Service

Hours Each

Displays the total estimated time needed per crew defined within Add Local Service

Crew

This section only appears if crew assignment(s) exist for the service.

Crew

Lists the crew assigned to the service and a total count of assigned crew.  The scheduled arrival and departure times are display based on what is set for the Job Start Time and Job End Time through Assign Crew

Customer Signature

Area dedicated to customer approval of crew times

Equipment

This section only appears if equipment reservation(s) exist for the service.

Equipment

Displays a list of all reserved equipment for the service sorted by the equipment identification number. A total count of equipment reserved for the service is also displayed.

Equipment dispatched by service time display in one Equipment listing. Separate listings do display if there is one or more equipment reservation based on quantity.

Estimate Counts

Displays the estimated material count defined for each container, packing, and unpacking item.  A total count of all estimated material items also displays.

This section only appears if crating data exist for the service.

Displays data set for Extra Stops associated to the service through Select Extra Stops. The stops added through the Extra Stops option are listed on the report based on their assigned Stop Number with Pickup items followed by Delivery items. Here’s how the Extra Stops sections would display:

Van Line Special Instructions

Displays all notes associated to the order imported from a third party application.

Special Instructions (Origin)

Displays the memo attached to the order through Special Instructions (Origin) in Move Information. This section appears when the Include Special Instructions On Work Ticket flag is checked within the System Wide Options.

Special Instructions (Dest)

Displays the memo attached to the order through Special Instructions (Destination) in Move Information. This section appears when the Include Special Instructions On Work Ticket flag is checked within the System Wide Options.

Special Instructions (Local Move)

Displays the memo attached to a local through Special Instructions set within the Add Local Service screen. This section appears when the Include Special Instructions On Work Ticket flag is checked within the System Wide Options.

Directions (Origin)

Displays the memo attached to the order through Directions (Origin) in Move Information

Directions (Dest)

Displays the memo attached to the order through Directions (Destination) in Move Information

Service Instructions

Service Instructions (Service Description)

This section displays the Service Instructions for each service assigned to the order. The notes displayed are created through the Move Information dialog; the name of the service associated to the text lists after the Service Instruction label.

Additional Notes

Area reserved for write-in information.
