This section provides information on all MoveTrak files that periodically need routine maintenance. For this purpose, maintenance can include, adding new records modifying existing records, removing records or just viewing records. This section includes only the MoveTrak-related files, but you can also refer to the System section for help on general system file maintenance, and in the maintenance help sections of the other Vans modules.

The MoveTrak Options and Interfaces is used to define system wide parameters that can be used to customize the service system to your specific needs. |

MoveTrak Actions are sets of conditions that define what to monitor within a task. The Action file allows you to set up and modify these actions which are used when defining tasks in MoveTrak Task Entry. |

The MoveTrak Category File is used to set up pre-defined groups of Actions called "Categories" which can be used when adding MoveTrak tasks to orders. |

The CSRs / Coordinators file is where Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) can be added, viewed and modified. CSRs are used in several places throughout Vans, including MoveTrak, Order Entry and SalesTrak. |
