Refresh

This repopulates the data currently viewed with any changes that may have been made to the data or to the search.

Expand All Items

This opens all record in the display for viewing or editing.

Collapse All Items

This minimizes all records in the display.

Show Only Unsaved Modified Values

This option displays records that have been edited and not yet saved.

Show All Items

This displays all records as if accesses the setup area for the first time.

NOTE: This option does not show deleted records within EnterpriseBI User Setup and EnterpriseBI User Information Setup.

There are several options within the Mass Record Selection Options menu that offer the ability to apply the function chosen to multiple records at a time, a time saving feature. When chosen, it will apply to all records in the listing shown. Use the Search at the top of the records listing to enter filter criteria to narrow the list to the record needed for the Mass Record Selection Option to be used. Click  beside Search to open an Advanced Search, which allows a more precise search result.

Activate Items Shown…

Available in limited setups, this option offers the ability to activate multiple records at once. All records on the screen will have status changed to active when Activate Items Shown is clicked.

IMPORTANT: Use a search to list only the specific records you wish to be activated. Click on the dropdown arrow to open advanced search functionality, shown below. Enter search criteria and then the Search button. Once the records list is reduced to just the records you wish activated, click Activate Items Shown….

Add Branch To Personnels Shown…

This option adds a selected Branch to all Personnel records that show within the Personnel Setup listing when this option is chosen. To refine the list before using this option, use the Advanced Find within Personnel Setup.

Assign Group to Items Shown….

This option adds the Move Type Group selected to the records listed. When “Assign Group To Items Shown” is selected, the "Assign group to Move Type Records" screen appears where the records selected can be assigned to one of the Move Type Groups available within the dropdown.

Duplicate All Items Shown

This option duplicates all the Move Type records listed within Move Type Setup when this option is chosen and allows a Branch to be assigned to the duplicated records. To refine the list before using this option, use the Advanced Find within Move Type Setup.

Import Van Line Service Code to Item Code Mappings

Use this option to access the Import Van Line Service Code to Item Code Mappings screen. This function provides the ability to import mapping records for a specified Van Line Group directly into Item Code Setup records.

Inactivate Items Shown…

Available in limited setups, this option offers the ability to inactivate multiple records at once. All records on the screen will be inactivated when Inactivate Items Shown is clicked.

IMPORTANT: Use a search to list only the specific records you wish to be inactivated. Click on the dropdown arrow to open advanced search functionality, shown below. Enter search criteria and then the Search button. Once the records list is reduced to just the records you wish inactivated, click Inactivate Items Shown….

Item Code to GL Mapping Tool

This option opens the Legacy Mover’s Suite Administration Item Code Generation screen. This screen shows you the mapping of each Item Code against its description.

Mass Add All Job Costing Branch Items Shown

This option helps in copying branch-wide hourly wages of a source Labor Type Setup record to one or more destination Labor Type Setup records selected through the search function.

This option available set the Classification for all displayed Local Service Type records.

Mass Copy Van Line Group Service Code to Item Code Mappings

This option allows you to copy the service code mappings from one group to another group for all Item Code Setup records (not just those filtered by the Search).

This option allows you to update multiple rate plans at one time.

Merge Items Shown

This option allows you to merge the records selected through a search into a single record. The application prompts you to select the record that will be the base (or primary) record that all other records merge into.

Remove Branch From Personnels Shown…

This option removes a selected Branch from all Personnel records that show within the Personnel Setup listing when this option is chosen. To refine the list before using this option, use the Advanced Find within Personnel Setup.

Send Test Email via DB Mail

Use this option to send a sample mail to any of your specified email account(s) with customizable email subject and body via the MoversSuite API service.

If this button is clicked and the DB Mail has been deactivated through Global System Option, a warning will appear indicating the DB Mail is deactivated.
