Utilize this setup to identify personnel to associate to Order Details settings, control user access to the Account Profile tab, and establish personnel as Commissionable Employees.

Rate Plan Setup

Reference this setup if you wish to establish pre-assigned values for the Tariff/Rate field on profile records. Refer to Rating Systems for more information on usage.

Rate Schedule for Labor

For rating associated to revenue generation and job costing, you can also link profiles to a specific rating for labor calculations in this setup.

Security Profile Setup (Account Profile)

Define user access to the Account Profile tab through this setup. Accessibility to Account Profile functionality is controlled through the Order Information security module.

Tasks Setup

Create a list of to-do items based on role and/or dates. Task Groups are utilized to provide additional filtering for personnel managing tasks for a team.

Define default valuations to assign to profiles in this setup.
