The following information will provide help with various periodic procedures in MoveTrak.
The CSR Missed Action Report is used to print a list of all MoveTrak actions that failed to be completed. This report is really intended as a management report to be used to determine problem areas of MoveTrak processing. In some cases, actions might be completed without updating the complete date, but in some cases, actions may have been forgotten entirely which could lead to more severe issues. This report should be run periodically and any missed actions should receive immediate attention.
The MoveTrak History Purge is used to remove all MoveTrak records for orders that have previously been purged from the Vans system. This is an optional step, but is recommended any time other purge programs in Vans are run. Purging the MoveTrak history can cause the MoveTrak reports to sort in less time since there will be fewer records to search through.
