Before you can begin using MoveTrak, a number of files and system parameters must be created. Programs to create these files are accessed directly from the MoveTrak Maintenance menu.
•The Initial Setup section will guide you though the required files that must be created, including the MoveTrak Control, Action, Category and CSRs/Coordinators files.
•Once the necessary files have been setup, please review the Daily Procedures section for notes on the recommended procedures that are normally done on a daily basis, such as the CSR Action Report, Category Action Report and CSR Missed Action Report.
•In addition to the Daily procedures, there are also a few procedures that should be done on a periodic basis. An overview of these procedures can be found in the Periodic Procedures section.
