The Print option is used to print the report associated with the current program you are working in. The shortcut key for this option is Ctrl+P. This can also be accessed by clicking on the 
button on your current screen. Note that this option will be disabled if you have not opened any screens, or the current screen does not have a print button. from the menu.
Tip: To change the current printer before printing, select the Print Setup option on the File menu before selecting Print.
