A Sister Agent is one where an agent works specifically under a single branch and functions associated to the branch are automatically related to the sister agency. These functions include importing of revenue from a van line, auto dispatching, reporting, etc.
The following functions and setup areas relate to a sister agency:
Orders by Pack, Load, or Delivery Date Report
SIRVA Registration Upload Content
Standard XML Pipeline Setup and Administration
You can establish a sister agent by setting the Agent on a Branch Setup record. When set in Branch Setup, a Sister Agent becomes the default Booking Agent for all the orders associated to this branch and booking the order would overwrite any other agents set on the Agents tab.
NOTE: This overwriting of Sister Agent does not apply to Foreign Orders.
