Field

Description

Branch

Displays the Title, Address, City, State, and Postal Code of the branch as defined within Branch Setup for the Address Type of Invoice Header; if no Invoice Header is defined then the Default address type will be used

Quote Number

Displays the number assigned to the quote record

Quote Date

Displays the date that the quote record was created on

Customer #

Displays the numeric identifier of the customer assigned to the order through Billing Information

PO #

Displays the Purchase Order set within Billing Information

Quote Total

Displays the total of all quote items/groups

Customer Information

Quote Contact

By default, the name and address of the Customer assigned to the order displays. Alternatively, if a contact is set for a quote through the Quote prepared for setting within the Quote tab, then the name and address of the contact displays.

Manage the Customer setting through the Billing Information tab.

Refer to Add/Edit Order Contact for information on setting the quote contact information.

Shipper

Displays the formatted shipper name combined from the Last Name/Company Name and First Name fields from the Name, Address, Phone tab

Salesperson

Displays the name of the Salesperson assigned to the order through Name, Address, Phone

Weight

Displays the Billed Weight (or Hauled Weight if Billed Weight is not set) of the order set through Move Information

Miles

Displays the Miles of the order set through Move Information

From

Displays the Moving From address set within Name, Address, Phone

To

Displays the Moving To address set within Name, Address, Phone

Displays the Tariff/Rate set within Billing Information

Item Details

If grouping is in effect, then a group title and amount will appear above each grouping. 

Item #

Displays the Item assigned to the quote detail through the Quote tab.

Description

Displays the Description assigned to the quote detail through the Quote tab.

Quantity

Displays the Quantity value(s) assigned to the quote detail through the Quote tab.

Rate

Displays the Rate assigned to the quote detail through the Quote tab.

Amount

Displays the Charge assigned to the quote detail through the Quote tab.

Note

The note associated to a detail line items displays in a separate row beneath each line item. The note set for the group displays as a separate row beneath the group name.
