MSO&ISales Add New Move Opportunity

This list contains instructions on creating a new move opportunity. The only required field is the Company Name; however, the more information the better, of course. Expanded details on each step can be found after this list.

NOTE: The information transferred between the MSO&ISales Integration and MoversSuite is found within MSO&ISales Integration Content.

STEPS 2: Name the opportunity.

Setup Area: Moves Details

Enter the Name of the move. This is field is the only required field, which means this is the only field required to save the opportunity.

STEPS 3 - 9: Enter move details

Setup Area: Moves Details

Enter a Name to establish the new move opportunity. Once entered, the name will list as in the Moves Listing accessed by clicking the Moves tab.

When possible, complete the following steps. Update the opportunity at any time by going to Moves tab > click on Move Opportunity > and update on Moves Details.

3.    Enter the scope of the moves (1,024 character maximum.)

4.    Enter the Projected Start and Projected End dates. These dates import into MoversSuite and drives reporting and the monitoring of orders that should be billed.

5.    Enter Ship-To, if needed. This can include situations such as Warehouse, another state, etc.

6.    Enter Project Head Count. This number imports into MoversSuite.

9.    Enter Bid. The bid will show the minimum hourly amount until inventory items are added to a survey (which is a future step.)

See MSO&ISales Move Details for details on the fields within this section, if needed. No quote is available yet for this opportunity at this time.

STEP 9: Enter Company Details

Setup Area: Moves Details

Select a company name from the pick list and click the checkmark. If the name is not in the pick list, add the name by entering the name in the search box and click the add icon. It will automatically be selected and added to the pick list as an option.

City, State and Zip Code fields are pick list options. If needed, add a City, State or Zip to the pick list by clicking the add icon.

STEP 10: Enter Contact info

Like Step 9, choose the Contact from the pick list or add the contact. Enter remaining contact information.

STEP 11: Continue working and the data is automatically saved.

Because MSO&ISales automatically syncs – or updates – when you click on a new tab, there is not a “save” button.

IMPORTANT: Do not click the Thumbs Up icon to save. The Thumbs Up icon is to book the order. Once the order is booked, no more edits can occur.
