The Information or “Blue” Bar prominently displays data for the open order and provides access to third party application errors and documents along with the Book Order option.

The following table describes the fields and functions available within the Information Bar.

The icon associated to the open module displays. You can click on this icon to access the Contents Menu (shortcut of Ctrl+G), as well, to quickly jump to another area in MoversSuite. A tool tip appears when you hover over this icon to display the name of the module. | |||||||||
This icon serves two functions: Clicking on it opens the Third Party Application Error Management screen and it also serves to notify the user if the current order is in error () or not (). | |||||||||
This icon provides access to the Document Management screen and provides information on whether the order has documents attached to it () and if any errors exist during document uploading to an external system (). | |||||||||
Order Number |
This field displays the unique identifier assigned to the accessed order. See Order Number for more information.
Archived Flag When an order is archived, an “A” icon appears next to the order number. Refer to Order Archive for more information. Figure 20: Order Archive flag

Order Name |
This field displays the shipper’s name assigned to the accessed order. The Order Name data is pulled from the Last Name/Company Name field from the Name, Address, Phone tab and Order Information (Revenue Entry). | ||||||||
Branch |
The name of the company branch responsible for the accessed order displays here. The branch of an order is set when the order or lead is created.

Sales Person |
Displays the name of the salesperson assigned to the order as set through the Salesperson field from the Name, Address, Phone tab. | ||||||||
Adjuster |
When in Claims, the name of the adjuster for a selected claim associated to an order will display in this field. | ||||||||
Claim Number |
When in Claims, the identifier for the claim record associated to an order displays in this field. |
