Use this report for crew that will call in to find out what services they will be working on for the following day(s). The report is for a given date range and is broken down by branch, then Labor Type, and then by crew personnel. Detailed in the report is crew member’s phone number, Service Date, job start time, service description, name of the lead, Order Number, and shipper.

Displays the date range used to select service records by. |

Displays the Branch ID and Name of the branch set for the service. See Add Local Service and Branch Setup for more information. |

Labor Type |
Displays the Labor Type assigned to the crew member within Personnel Setup. See Add Local Service for more information. |

Crew Member |
Displays the First Name/MI and Last Name and of the crew member set through Personnel Setup. |

Home Phone |
Displays the Home phone number of the crew member set through Personnel Setup. |
|
Alternate Phone |
Displays the Alternate phone number of the crew member set through Personnel Setup. |

Service Date |
Displays the date scheduled to perform the request. See Add Local Service for more information. |

Start Time |
Displays the scheduled job starting time as set through the Set Service Time screen. |

Service |
The type of service being dispatched. See Add Local Service for more information. |

Lead |
Displays a Y in this column if the crew has been assigned as a lead for the particular service. |

Order # |
The Order Number for the record displays in this field. |

Displays the formatted shipper name combined from the Last Name/Company Name and First Name fields from the Name, Address, Phone tab. |
