Capacity Planning Use

 

The Capacity Planning feature allows you to view availability of crew, equipment, and packing information on Local Services requests by branch for a given date range. This Capacity Planning tool is available to assist sales and surveying personnel in managing service assignments and pricing. 

 

The data in this view allows for the customization of:

 

§ Buckets

§ Capacity

§ What Columns are shown

§ Color Coding

§ Capacity Levels

 

On the far right is a quick-glance reference for capacity used with the use of color indicators. Percentage of capacity used is also noted for a more specific status of capacity used.
