The application references all Local Services requests for the date spread and selected Branch. After setting the Branch and the date parameters, click Search to display the current data.
The dates from your parameters are shown with the applicable day of the week.
The information in Capacity Planning gives an accurate status as to Available Capacity and % of Capacity used; therefore, this is why it is called, “Capacity Planning.”
