This section outlines the steps needed to enable and support the TechMate Integration on your system. The TechMate integration offers two options for its use (one automated and one manual), and each has its own setup instructions.
•TechMate Automated Process requires the implementation of the instructions detailed in TechMate Automated Integration Setup. This is the newest process developed and the recommended process.
•TechMate Manual Process requires the implementation of the instructions detailed in TechMate Manual Integration Setup. NOTE: “Manual” is the original process where the Third Party Applications Menu is required.

•TechMate Moving from Manual to Automated Setup - If your company is currently using the TechMate Manual Process and is updating to the new TechMate Automated Process, go to TechMate Moving from Manual to Automated Setup for just the steps that need attention. It is not necessary to complete all the steps within TechMate Automated Integration Setup: Most of the steps were completed already.
