The TechMate Document Download provides the ability to send documents from TechMate into MoversSuite. Once the TechMate user decides to push the document to MoversSuite, then that document will get added, provided the document type mapping is in place and the agent on the TechMate lead maps to a branch in MoversSuite.
For TechMate, this process will most likely apply to Cube Sheet and Estimate (Order for Service). See Document (Auto-Download) Setup for more details and the setup required for this functionality.
For documents to download, documents must be in PDF format to trigger the download. The download would be a manual process from SalesMate and FirstMate (currently available to iPad only).
