Secure Transaction Form

The Secure Transaction Form is one type of Secure Payment Form used by CSI Pay. This particular screen is used when: Capture New Payment Method is used, CSI Pay is chosen as the Electronic Account, and a bank account is chosen as the Payment Type. Note Secure Payment Form is the name on the tab.

Unable to Access the Secure Payment Form

If you, or your customers, are unable to open the Secure Payment Form, and receive a message back from your browser indicating that page cannot be displayed, then you are most likely not using a browser that supports TLS 1.2 encryption protocol. Refer to the Browser Security Settings topic for more information.

 

An error of “Access to this resource is denied” received when attempting to make a payment through the Secure Payment Form indicates that the processor does not recognize the merchant identifier for your company. Verify that the Merchant Account Code and other settings are correct within Electronic Merchant Setup.
