MSWeb Navigation Menu > Communications > Messages > Order Level messages
At the very beginning of an order or lead, the “No Conversation Found” screen may appear. There will be Contact(s) in the “Contacts” tab if a phone number was entered for the shipper or if Coordinators have been assigned to the order. Regardless, you can add a Custom Contact within the Contacts tab, as well. For any of these scenarios, either initiate conversation(s) using MSWeb Initiate Conversation, or use MSWeb Subscribe to Conversation when a Contact has already started a conversation and you would like to get those messages.
