Wheaton Data in MoversSuite

The following table lists the data exchanged between MoversSuite and Wheaton. Additional data is also referenced in this section that may be needed to support validating the order in MoversSuite.

To avoid errors attempting to send a lead to Wheaton, fill in as much of the following data as possible.

Each section provides what is considered a required field needed for an upload as denoted by a red asterisk (*). Errors will occur if this data is missing.

Order Number	Leave blank on leads. When a lead is successfully sent to Wheaton and then submitted/booked on the Wheaton side, then the Order Number can be downloaded from Wheaton via the Wheaton – Download Updates option in the Tools menu.
Order Status	Initially set to lead and then will be “Booked” after the lead is submitted/booked on the Wheaton side and then successfully downloaded from Wheaton via the Wheaton – Download Updates option in the Tools menu.

Phone Numbers *	At least one phone must be defined. Mapping required from Shipper Phone Type. Multiple numbers can be mapped based on what is defined with this setup for the list of available Wheaton Phone Types.

Self Haul	Set automatically based on the participating agents on the order. If the Hauling Agent is a Sister Agent, then Self Haul indicator is on and a Hauling Type of “SELFH” is sent to Wheaton. Otherwise, if the Hauling Agent is not a Sister Agent, then a Hauling Type of “DESIG” is sent.
Shipment Type *	Maps to Shipment Type records.
Booked	Set automatically when the order is successfully booked in Wheaton and the Order Number is set. Order Status is also set to “Booked.”
Created On	Date that the lead was established in MoversSuite.
