The SIRVA Download Request allows a user to download an order registered on the SIRVA STS mainframe into MoversSuite. This option is available through the Tools Menu.
For a SIRVA Order Download, create a sample order and book it through the Book Order Information button. Upon booking an order, when you provide the Order Number, the application will automatically disable the SIRVA Registration Upload option in the Tools Menu and you are only allowed to use the SIRVA Download Request.

When evoked, the system will use the given Order Number along with Vanline Registration Date as the order identifier.
The application will retrieve data from SIRVA STS and update the order opened in MoversSuite by populating the fields mentioned in SIRVA Download Request Content section. Any errors encountered during the process can be viewed through the Third Party Application Error Management screen.
NOTE: Incorrectly entered dates, such as “AgreedPackFromDate”: “0001-01-01” or “AgreedPackToDate”: “0001-01-01” will not result in download errors. Any date entered with a date before 1902-01-01 will be downloaded with null for the date.

Important:
Downloaded orders from any external system will overwrite data in a MoversSuite order.
