MoversSuite Admin > Administration > System Wide Options > Other Options
This is a flag of Commissioning Restrictions category that can set a restriction over salespeople to prevent them from viewing orders for any other salesperson. Available in the System Wide Options screen, this flag, if checked, instructs MoversSuite to restrict sales personnel to view only orders to which they are assigned as either the Salesperson or the OA Surveyor.
Feature Highlights
•This flag only affects those people that have “Sales” set as the Default type within the Labor Type roles on their Personnel Setup record under the General tab.

•When this flag is set, salespeople can only view orders to which they have been assigned as the Salesperson (Name, Address, Phone tab) or the OA Surveyor (Agents tab). If there are no sales assignments on an order, the person cannot view the order.
•If a salesperson attempts to find or view an order to which they are not assigned, which includes orders where there is no salesperson assigned, then they will receive an “You do not have permission to view the selected order in Order Information” warning.
