The Requested Operational Plans tab allows you to view, clear, and decline all services by an Operational Plan. This tab is part of the Requested Services functionality.

You have the ability to accept an Operational Plan. Pressing Accept Operational Plan clears all services associated to the selected plan and makes them available for assignment within the Dispatch Center.
You can also decline all services associated to the selected plan by pressing Decline Operational Plan. This sends all services back to Local Services for review and corrections. This function evokes the Local Services (decline) dialog prompting you to enter a reason for the denial.
Several functions are available to you through a right-click menu as well and include the ability to open the and edit a service.

If you right-click on an operational plan list, the list includes plan-level options only.

Order Details
Opens a standalone Order Details window allowing you to view the specifics of an order while managing services.
Accept Operational Plan
Choosing this option clears all services for the plan and makes them available for assignment through the Dispatch Center.
Edit Service
This option opens the Add Local Service screen allowing you to edit the service.
Decline Operational Plan
Send the plan, including all services, back to Local Services for review and modifications. This option opens the Local Services (decline) dialog which prompts you to provide a reason that the plan is declined.
Local Service Quick View
Open the Local Service Quick View dialog in a separate window that contains pertinent service details.
Reset Grid Layout
This option resets all customization you may have in place on the data grid back to the application defaults.

If you wish to change the name of an existing plan or tie notes to a plan, then use the Manage Operational Plan dialog, which is available through a right-click option within the Local Services data grid.
