Use the Quick Find to locate and open an order based on Container Number, Order Number, Invoice Number, GBL Number, or by Shipper Phone Number.
Search by Container Number, Order Number, Invoice Number or GBL Number
By default, you can search by Container Number, Order Number, Invoice Number, and GBL Number by entering all or part of the number you wish to lookup. Use the “%” wildcard character to skip unknown characters. For example, if you know the order you want contains 1234 somewhere in the Order Number, then enter “%1234”.
The application compares what you enter to the Invoice Number of invoices, the Order Number of orders, the Container Number of containers in Container Management and international containers, and the GBL Number set on the Military/Government tab. If only one record matches your search criteria, then the order opens automatically. If more than one match is found, then a list of up to 30 records displays for you to select from (the menu displays the most recent orders at the top of the list). You can choose a record from this list by using the arrow keys and pressing Enter or you can simply click on the order you want to open. You can also continue entering characters to narrow the search results.
Search by Shipper Phone Number
You can search by the shipper phone number by prefacing your search with the letter “P” followed by a space and then the number you wish to lookup, e.g. “P 970 256-1616”. The local number value you search by must include a dash and international numbers must be formatted in the same manner as which you enter them within your system.

The application compares what you enter to the list of phone numbers set for the shipper within the Name, Address, Phone tab or within the Contacts and Locations tab for Office & Industrial orders.
