The FastTrack CSV Email option is available for local crew leads and long-distancedrivers on Mayflower and United van line orders.
FastTrack Setup
Orders eligible for the FastTrack CSV Email are those that link to UniGroup (Mayflower or United) through the van line associated to the order. This association occurs either through the Branch or Type of Move settings. Additionally, personnel associated to the order must have a valid email address associated to their Personnel Setup record.

Van Line Setup
The Van Line Setup record that the order links to must either have a Van Line Code of “M” for Mayflower Van Lines or “U” for United Van Lines.

Branch and Type of Move Settings
Eligible orders must link to the supported van line through either the branch or move type. The application checks both the Branch and Type of Move set on the order. The Branch is set when an order is booked through Book Order Information. Branch Setup records link directly to a Van Line Setup record.

The Type of Move is set within the Move Information tab and links to a van line through the Order Number Style setting in Move Type Setup, which references the Order Number Setup. Order Number Setup records link directly to a Van Line Setup record.

Personnel Setting
One or more people assigned to the service or trip must have the Email Address set within their Personnel Setup record. The personnel must be assigned to the service within the Dispatch Center tab in Local Dispatch or assigned to the order through a trip within the Current Driver Activity tab in Long Distance Dispatch.
