Equipment Document Type Security Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Operations > Equipment Document Type Security

 

This setup lists all Equipment Document Type Setup records with the Is Secure flag set. You can assign users to these types to grant them access to secure documents. View the Equipment Documents Setup topic for detailed information on applying this setup.

You can assign any user established with a Personnel Setup record to a secured document. Adding a person to the list allows them to add and view secure documents through the Documents (Equipment) tab within Equipment Information and through the Documents tab in Equipment Setup for the specified Document Type.
