MoversSuite Administration > Administration > Country Code
Use this setup to define the phone number prefix referenced through the phone number fields, the van line country code and the country’s abbreviation using the Alpha 2 code format. MoversSuite has preloaded information for over two hundred countries.
NOTE: Preloaded Country Code information is not regularly updated.
Country Code Setup information does impact the following areas of MoversSuite:
•Bill To Address for Customers
•Phone Number Formatting
•Van Line Integrations
•Locations and Positioning in MSCrew
To view information, go to the country profile. To update, enter the new information and click Save.
To enter information for a country not listed, press Click here to add a new Country Code at the top. Enter required information and click Save.
The Van Line Country Code is required by external systems when exchanging data with MoversSuite.

Country Name |
Enter the name of the country (up to 256 characters). Users will select these values through the Country Name field within MoversSuite. See Phone Number Entry for more information. |

Phone Country Code |
Enter the numeric code associated to a specific country. This affects the formatting required for phone numbers entered into MoversSuite, MSWeb, and MSCrew. This link is provided to assist in determining the Phone Country Code of most countries: https://countrycode.org/ |

Van Line Country Code |
Enter the code needed by external systems to identify the country by when exchanging data with MoversSuite (up to 3 characters). |

Alpha 2 Code |
Enter the two-letter code as determined by the ISO alpha-2 code standard. This link is provided to assist in determining the Alpha 2 Code for most countries: ISO Standard Country Codes |
