Atlas Revenue Import

Import revenue data associated to an Atlas order directly into MoversSuite through the Revenue Import tab.

You can save download files received from Atlas to a designated folder defined within the Queue Service Server Setup and the MoversSuite Queue Service will retrieve this file and make it available as a revenue import.

Atlas Revenue Import Process

User can save XML revenue import files from Atlas to a folder. The location of this folder within Queue Service Server Setup.	The MoversSuite Queue Service monitors the folder and retrieves saved files. These XML files are processed. MoversSuite interprets the revenue file from Atlas and verifies that the file is associated to a valid MoversSuite order and verifies items specified within the Atlas Revenue Import Content topic.	Successful imports show as “Atlas Revenue” within the Revenue Import tab for the order. Imports with errors list within the Third Party Application Error Management screen.

MoversSuite translates payment item codes from Atlas AP Headers sections of the imported XML that begin with the letter “D” or “G”. It translates the digits after the “D” or “G” as a MoversSuite Distribution Code and creates revenue items based on the data obtained through the Atlas Revenue Import Content.

These items display within the Revenue Import tab for the “Atlas Import” and are available to be imported as revenue through the Import function. NOTE: Data imported into the Revenue Import tab displays information similar to what is found within a Distribution import. Please refer to Distribution Import for more information.

Once imported as revenue into the Transactions tab, then these items are treated as MoversSuite revenue items.
