A number of changes were made to the 1099 printing process. The 1099 Box Number and Minimum Required fields were removed from the Print 1099 window, since individual box amounts are now tracked in Release 10.0.  Microsoft Dynamics GP uses the 1099 Setup window to determine what the minimum required dollar amount is for each 1099 box. No form prints if the minimum for the box is not met by the vendor.

 

If the minimum for at least one 1099 box is met for a vendor, then any other amounts for 1099 box amount fields print for the vendor even if they do not meet the minimums required by the Internal Revenue Service and entered in the 1099 Setup window in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
