A lead is information that may result in becoming an order. A lead does not yet have an order number. After being entered and saved, a lead can be found within the MSWeb Quick Find using a Last Name, First Name, or phone number to search for the lead within MSWeb. There are two ways to create a lead. Read through both to understand the difference and be able to choose the best option as needed.
