For those of you managing to-do items across multiple orders and multiple modules, you can utilize the Tasks Module.
This module provides a Workflow tab with all the features of the Tasks tab with the addition of the ability to filter the tasks to a manageable size.
You can also view and add notes associated to the order for the selected task through the Notes tab, which is also available through this module.
Access to this module is controlled through the Tasks security module. Refer to the Tasks Initial Setup topic for more information.
Order functions at the top of the screen include Find, New, and Edit functions. View the Order-Level Functions topic for more information on these functions.
