After updating GPP and other related data set through the Financial Information dialog, you can request a GPP Certificate from the UniGroup International IBIL Interface system through the Send GPP Info/Get Certificate option, which is available through the UniGroup Options.
NOTE: This option appears only if the GPP Applies flag is checked within the Financial Information screen. If this flag is not checked, then the Send GPP Declination Reason option appears in its place.
NOTE: The Origin Agent must be set on the order through either the Agents tab or through Shipping Information.
Once the send is requested, the application submits the Financial Information data and provides you with an updated Send GPP Information dialog that contains a progress indicator and any errors that you may receive. Upon a successful request, the GPP Certificate is downloaded and is available through the Document Management Viewer. An option to view the certificate is also available through a GPP Certificate option from within the Send GPP Information dialog.
The GPP Info can be set through the Financial Information option. Check mark the GPP Applies checkbox on the Financial Information screen in case you want to get the GPP Certificate. If a GPP Certificate is not needed, you can uncheck the GPP Applies option along with choosing one of the options present in the Reason Declined dropdown. If the Reason Declined dropdown is left empty, the Upload Order to IBIL screen will show an error.
