If you have conditions enabled through the Document (Auto-Upload) Setup and wish to not remove all the conditions defined yet still turn off auto-uploads, you can do so by taking the following steps:
1. Open XML System Setup for the interface associated with the various Document (Auto-Upload) Setup records you have, such as Atlas Van Lines or UniGroup.
2. Add a new XML System Option with the Name of “AutoUploadDocumentsDisabled” and Value set to “true”.
3. Press Add and then Save the XML System record.
NOTE:
Two other methods to stop auto-uploading of documents include the following:
1. Open XML System Setup and rename or delete the mapping for document uploads within the XML System Data Type Map section. For example, to turn off auto-uploads to AtlasNet, delete the “AtlasNET Document Upload” mapping. This works for AtlasNet and TransDocs auto-upload processes (“AtlasNET Document Upload” and “TransDocsUploadQueue”).
2. You can also delete all conditions for the associated interface within Document (Auto-Upload) Setup.
