Form 1840 Contents

 

Also known as the Joint Statement of Loss or Damage at Delivery, the DD Form 1840 is used during military moves to declare a loss or damage as a result of the move.  It also has a Delivery Out option through which MoversSuite will include additional information regarding storage-in-transit (SIT).
