MoversSuite Administration > Administration > Branch
The Estimate Number is an auto-generated identifier created by the combination of Prefix field and the next available Estimate Sequence Number as provided in the Branch Setup. The two parts of the number are separated with a hyphen (-) in between e.g., “NNNN-NNNNNNNNNN.”

Estimate Sequence Number is the last referenced sequence, so the next one will be created by incrementing the present value with one. In the example above, the next Estimate Number generated by MoversSuite through the Sales Lead Information functionality will be "1623-1022." The allotted Estimate Number is displayed on the Name, Address, Phone tab.

MoversSuite allows duplicate Estimate Numbers. For non-MoversSuite leads, a textual input is needed for the Estimate Number field, or it is updated via download. |
