Email Progress

The Email Progress dialog appears automatically during a Recurring Billing Generation with emails generated as part of the run. The dialog shows in the lower right-hand corner of your main monitor and provides you with the progress of the mail service sending out the email messages, which includes emails with cash receipt, invoice, and/or payment link.

You can optionally move or hide this dialog. The MoversSuite Email Service continues to run in the background and does so until all emails are sent.

 

The process attempts to send out a message a single time. If it fails, an error is recorded to one or more of the following screens:

Online Payment Links Summary

Recurring Payment Processing

 

The last error encountered displays within the Errors tab, which also features an option to reprocess failed emails. You can also attempt to resend emails through the following:
