Email Options

 

You can define which order personnel receive an Automatic Email based on the following events:

    Accepts Self Haul

    Cancel Service

    Claim Alert

    Clear Service

    Decline Service

    Dispatch Status Change

    Edit Service

    Request Self Haul

    Sales Lead

 

Update personnel for these events through Email Options Setup.

 

The application generates the email message including the subject and body of the message customized to the specific orders, service, or lead. The following email example occurs when the dispatch status has changed for a service.
