MoversSuite Administration > Administration > Rate Plan Setup
A rate can be deleted the same day it was created ( this date will be detailed in the Created On date field highlighted below in Figure 48).
If the rate is older, the rate may be deleted if all three of the criteria below are met for the rate you wish to delete:
1. The rate’s item code cannot be in use on a quote (grouped item or not) that is on an order with this rate plan.
2. The rate’s item code cannot be in use on a revenue entry item that is on an order with this rate plan.
3. The rate’s item code cannot be in use on a storage item that is on a storage record with this rate plan.
To delete, go to Rate Plan Setup > choose rate plan. The Rate Plan Setup record opened in Figure 47 is RSD1.

Select the rate to be deleted to open the file. In Figure 48, Reweighs is clicked and the Edit Rate screen opens. Click Delete.
