If your company directly packs shipments into containers, such as liftvans, then you have the option to set and update the status of services that are container eligible. Services that have the Container Eligible flag set within Local Service Type Setup can have a Containerization Status assigned to them through the right-click option available from main Dispatch Center grid within Local Dispatch.

You can view the assigned status and eligibility through the data grids within the Dispatch Center tab and within through the Requested Services screen.

Enable Containerization Status Updates
To enable Containerization Status assignment functionality, check the Containerization Eligible flag on supported Local Service Type Setup records.
