BI Tool Dashboard/Report Edit screen > BI Tool Properties
The Third Level Settings button is only available if an option is set within BI Tool Configuration/Data Sources > BI Tool Data Sources > Third. To use this functionality, see BI Tool Main Level Settings as the functionality is the same. Of note, second and third levels, when set under Data Sources, will not be included in exports.
