EWS Group offers AgentConnect as an optional, add-on feature allowing you define other branches and companies (“agents”) to exchange orders with your system. You can configure which agents you wish to participate with and then orders shared from these disparate agencies automatically show up in your MoversSuite.
You can also send an order to another agent through the Tools Menu. An option titled AgentConnect Network Upload is available and lists each of the available agents that you can send the order to.
The data exchanged between agents can be in either XML or JSON format and the data included is documented within the AgentConnect Content topic.
AgentConnect utilizes VendorConnect to facilitate the data exchange. Both AgentConnect and VendorConnect are optional add-on modules for MoversSuite. Please contact our Sales Team for pricing and additional information.
