The Select Extra Stops screen is available through the Extra Stops button within Add Local Service. This screen allows you to view and select one or more Extra Stops and link them to a particular service by placing a checkmark in the box associated to the line .

The list of records listed within this screen corresponds to what is set for the order through the Extra Stops tab.
Extra Stops associated to a service appear on the Work Ticket Report.
The following table describes the fields and functions available within this screen. All data within this screen is defined within Add Extra Stop.

Link a stop to the service by placing a checkmark in the box corresponding to the record. Uncheck records that you wish to not link to a service. |
P/D |
This column displays the stop number along with a (P)ickup or (D)elivery indicator. For example, the first Extra Stops pickup on the order displays as “P1”. |
Contact |
The name of person assigned as a contact for the stop. |
Location Type |
Location Type of the stop address displays. |
Address |
Street address of the stop address displays. |
City |
The name of the city for the stop address displays. |
State |
The name of the state for the stop address displays. |
Postal Code |
Postal code associated to the stop address displays. |
Save Press Save keeps all changes made and closes the dialog. | |
Cancel Pressing Cancel reverts any changes made and closes the dialog. |
