Available through the Tools Menu, the Order History screen keeps track of changes made to several key fields on an order. The fields affected are detailed within the Order History Fields topic.

There is no specific security access to Order History. Any user that can access a module, such as Order Information, can view the screen through the Tools Menu.
You can utilize most Data Grids functions when viewing an Order History, including the ability to export the information to a spreadsheet or view it through a browser window.
Export options are available through a right-click menu include Export To and Export Selection To.

The screen features a Full-Function Data Grids, allowing you to sort, group, filter, export, and more.
Technical Field Information
The following table describes the fields and functions available within this screen.

This column displays the name of the field that changed. Refer to the Order History Fields topic for a complete listing. |
To |
The new value assigned to the changed field displays in this column. If a value was cleared or blanked out, then (unset) displays. If an order has had personal information removed through the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Setup function, then the To indicates “Data Removed.” |
By |
Name of the user or process that made the change. This information pulls from the Personnel Setup record. |
Module/Interface |
This column displays the place where the change occurred. The name of the MoversSuite module or external interface displays in this column. Module names include “Order Information” and “Revenue Entry.”
External Interface Changes If the change occurred through an interface, then the name associated to a process set for the XML System Data Type Map within XML System Setup displays.
Direct Database Changes If a person or process updates any of the Order History Fields by direct access to the MoversSuite database, then the screen displays these changes under the Module/Interface of “Direct SQL” and By (user) of “Application, External.”
Administrative Changes If an Invoice Lock is deleted, then “Admin” shows for the Module/Interface.
If an order has had personal information removed through the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Setup function, then the module indicates “Admin GDPR.” |
