Monitor Orders Service Setup

 

This topic describes the steps needed to enable the Monitor Orders Service.

 

STEPS:

1: Configure Database Mail on your system within Database Mail Setup.

2: Reference underlying mail utility to send email messages through SMTP Setup.

3: Update contact records within Account Profile Setup.

 

 

STEP 1: Configure Database Mail

Setup area: Microsoft SQL Server Management Server

 

Configure Database Mail on your system as documented within the Database Mail Setup topic.

 

 

STEP 2: Update SMTP Setup record

Setup area: MoversSuite Administration > Administration > SMTP

 

Establish the settings needed for MoversSuite to reference the mail service on your application server (or elsewhere) through the SMTP Setup. The settings referenced when establishing Database Mail must also be set within SMTP Setup.

STEP 3: Update Account Profile Setup records

Setup area: MoversSuite Administration > Customer Service > Account Profile

 

Update the supported Account Profile contacts for each record by checking the Monitor Orders flag and ensuring that the Email is valid. The Add Account Profile Contact dialog is available through the General tab within Account Profile Setup.
