Building Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Office & Industrial > Building

 

Use this setup to define buildings assignable to locations associated to Account Profiles and to Contacts and Locations. The information set for building records display within the Building Constraints of an order through the Job Information tab.

 

Specifically, you can link a building to the following:

Add Account Profile Preset within Account Profile Setup

Add/Edit Order Location within Contacts and Locations

Technical Field Information

 

The following table describes the fields within this setup.

Description

Description

Provide the title for the record that displays as an option within Add Account Profile Preset and Add/Edit Order Location (up to 64 characters).

Address Location

Link the building record to a type defined within Address Location Type Setup.

Address

Enter up to three address lines for the building (up to 256 characters each).

City

Enter the name of the city for the building (up to 26 characters).

State

Enter the two-digit state code for the building.

Country

Select the name of the country associated to the building address.

Postal Code

Enter the postal code associated to the address (up to 10 characters).

Cross Street(s)

Provide details on the location of the building, such as the cross street or streets (up to 1,024 characters).

Service Entrance

Provide any information related to the service entrance at the site (up to 1,024 characters).

Site Notes

Provide any other information pertaining to the site that may affect the job (up to 1,024 characters).

Building Constraints Item

Use this section to enter specifics for the building. By default, all constraints defined within Building Constraints Setup list for a building. Use this section to override the settings for one or more of these constraints.

If the Yes box is present for an item, you can option set this flag to indicate that the item applies to the building. For example, if the building has an elevator and this box displays for that type, then checking it here automatically displays a checkmark when displayed within the application.
