Admin History Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Administration > Admin History

 

Personnel with an Admin Profile Setup record of “Super User” assigned to their user profiles can access this setup area for selecting the fields to be logged for Admin History. Choose and checkmark all the areas you want to log and press Save.

This feature provides you with the ability to log selective fields of the following setup areas:

All fields

Personnel Setup

All fields of:

      Advance tab

      Branch tab

      Dispatch tab

      Documents tab

      General tab

      Interface mapping tab

      Mobile User tab

      Safety tab

      User tab

      Web User tab

The logged admin history can be viewed through the View History Log option available under the Tools Menu (Admin) dropdown.

 

 

 

 

Technical Field Information

 

The following table describes the fields available within this setup:

 

 

Field

Description

Setup Name

e.g.

Click on the setup area name to be logged in Admin History. Selecting the setup area will show all its trackable fields in the right pane from where you can checkmark the desired ones.

Select All (left pane)

Click this option to select all the fields of all the setup areas to be tracked.

Clear All (left pane)

Click this option to clear all field selections made.

Tab/Field Name

e.g.

 

Checkmark on the fields of your choice which you desire to be logged in Admin History.

Select All (right pane)

Click this option to select all the fields of the selected setup area to be tracked.

Clear All (right pane)

Click this option to clear all field selections made in the right pane.

Save

Press this button to save all the selections made.

Cancel

Press this button to cancel any selections made.
