Region Setup

MoversSuite Administration > International > Region

 

This setup allows you to map coordinators to regions defined on an external system. Specifically, MoversSuite utilizes this mapping to identify regions based on the coordinator specified on an UniGroup upload or download. Refer to UniGroup International Setup and Administration and to UniGroup International Interface for more information.

 

Technical Field Information

 

The following table describes the fields available within this setup area.

Description

Region Description

Provide a name to identify the support region (up to 64 characters).

Interface Item

 

Use this section to link the make record to an external system that may be required for exchanging data between disparate systems.

To support the UniGroup International Interface, verify that all supported External Code references are established for each region and link to the UniGroup International interface. The codes entered must match employee (coordinators) also mapped as Employee Items also within this setup.

External Code

Enter a code supported by the Interface for exchanging data with MoversSuite (up to 32 characters).

Employee Item

Use this section to map this record to one or more coordinators. The coordinators listed here are used to identify the region by UniGroup upload and download processes. Coordinators available are those defined with a Labor Type of “coor” on their Personnel Setup record.
