Task Priority Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Customer Service > Task Priority

 

Define the values that can be assigned to a task through the Priority settings within the following:

Add Task

Edit Task

Tasks Setup

 

The Priority allows you to utilize an additional value to sort, filter, and group tasks by. This field is utilized within the Tasks and Workflow tabs.

The following default values are provided to your company:

1 - High

2 - Medium

3 - Low

Priority Number

Enter the numeric value associated to the priority record. Users can sort the task priority based on this value.

Description

Provide a useful description for the priority record (up to 64 characters).
