The following table describes the setup related to Customer Statements.

Description |
Set the Image URL to a named file within Microsoft Reporting Services. The image will appear in the upper left hand corner of all statements related to the particular branch. Note: Set the Include Branch Image option in Invoice Properties Setup to allow the application to render the image file set within Image URL when generating statements.
Note: The image file must be loaded into the System folder within SQL Server Reporting Services (Report Manager).

Use this setup to define titles that will appear on the top of the statement reports. The values defined in this setup will be options within the Statement Title field in Generate Statement. | |
Set the Include Branch Image and Include Van Line Image flags accordingly to allow the application to include the image files specified within Branch Setup and Van Line Setup, respectively, on statement report documents. Set Hide Header Address to instruct the application to suppress company name and address at the top of each statement. | |
Associate the Customer Statement Report to appropriate Report Profile records in Report Setup for user access and link this report to a Report System Location of “Customer Statement Report.” | |
Provide user access to the Customer Statements module as follows: Access Type of “Read Only” Users will have the ability to access and utilize the Reprint Statements screen. Access Type of “Full” Users will have full use of Generate Statement and Reprint Statements screens.
Note: Setting the Customer Statement module for a single branch applies to all branches.
