Added DynamicsDbName [varchar] (128). This field stores the value entered for the GP Dynamics Database Name setting within the GL Control Code Setup. This change allows for MoversSuite to recognize and support the named GP database. (8311)

Added CanHandleCards, CanHandleChecking, and CanHandleSavings. These fields correspond to the Can Process Credit Cards, Can Process Bank Checking Accounts, and Can process Bank Savings Accounts settings within Electronic Merchant Setup. (8316)
