The Work Tickets tab within Order Information (Revenue Entry) displays local services containing actual revenue that a user can import into Revenue Entry through the Import Actuals function. Data displayed within this tab is created through Local Services and Local Dispatch.

Work Ticket Number |
The Work Ticket number assigned to the service through Local Dispatch displays in this field. |

Service |
Text description of the assigned service. The description is set for the service through Local Service Type Setup. |

Service Date |
The date of the service. |

Imported |
If revenue associated to the service has been imported into Revenue Entry, then this box is checked. Refer to the Transactions tab for more information. |

Crew |
Crew assigned to the service displays in this column, crew member in bold font is the crew Lead. |
|

Enter Service Actuals This function opens the Enter Actuals screen where a user can update crew and equipment data along with entering actual counts for the select service. |

Right-Click Options |
View Work Ticket Selecting this option opens the through Work Ticket Report the Report Viewer. |
